Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Shipping
Laxmi Marketing Agency ships the placed order within 5 – 7 working days.
Returns & Refunds
• Laxmi Marketing Agency offers a replacement guarantee only if the product received is damaged/defective.
• If you have received a defective product, send us images using our return center and we will get back to you.
• We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to.
• A refund will be initiated as soon as the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection. It should take place within the following 5-7 business days.
• A refund will be processed into your Laxmi Marketing shopping account as a gift coupon.
• We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered a wrong item.
• Kindly check the package and pricing at the checkout page to avoid inconvenience post delivery.
• Customers can raise a request within 7 days after an order has been delivered through access our support center.
Exchanges
Exchange is purely subject to product availability. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@laxmimarketingagency.com and send your item to : Laxmi Marketing Agency, Pune – 411011.
Cancellation Policy
Once the product is ordered cannot be canceled, So kindly check the cart before placing the order.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Highly discounted items cannot be refunded.
